Resolve providing for the creation of a special commission relative to the seal and motto of the Commonwealth

The Legislature recently passed a resolve that establishes a special commission to investigate the features of the official state seal and motto, including those that potentially have been unwittingly harmful to or misunderstood by the citizens of the Commonwealth, and to make any recommendations for changes to the seal and motto.
